Healthy Temple hosts interactive Zoom trainings where we explore all things healthy & wellness. These aren’t your typical lectures—they’re spaces to ask questions, get real answers, and discover practical ways to care for your body with the wisdom God has provided. Each session features insightful discussions and guidance from wellness advocates from within and outside the church—people who dedicate their time to staying up-to-date on the latest information in healthcare, like managing high blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, the best foods to eat, exercise routines to invest in, and much more!
